Etiquette Guidelines

Lots of people you can meet online are only there to be mean, spread hate, annoy others or for clout. If you should ever see any content that awakens bad feelings inside of you, ask yourself : Do I -

- Mute? 

If the content is egging you on and is rude -  MUTE

​

- Block?

If the content is consistently being irrational - 

BLOCK

​

- Report?

If the content is threatening or harmful to the boys' reputation or the boys themselves; submit a report to Big Hit and to the SNS' support -

BLOCK

It is none of our business what any BTS member does during their free time unless they share it with us.

 

Do not look for accounts that may give you a glimpse into BTS' private moments. It is wrong and you would not like being pursued in that manner.

 

We are here to support them and their music because it has helped many of us cope with some real hard life issues.

 

Anyone posting about their personal lives, engagement with their relatives or friends accounts or in person in a negative way needs to be reported to BigHit. 

Always have in mind that ARMY are the face of BTS and every single move we make or word we say is closely monitored.

Before replying in a rude or annoyed manner please consider the tone towards the person/industry expert you are talking to. 

​

Let's always approach this with utmost care as not to tarnish ARMY's nor BTS' reputation.

​

Remember to avoid any interaction with articles or other content which do not put BTS in a good light.

 

NO clicks,

NO replies,

NO attention 

Please avoid engaging with negative content at all means.

When you post 'delete' or any other comment, it only means that your followers and their followers get to see it. Instead of solving anything by ignoring it you end up making the issue even bigger!

​

Think before you reply, repost, retweet, like or any other possible interaction. Make sure to check accounts spreading any kind of toxicity as they might be trolls or antis in disguise acting rude for the mere reason of gaining attention. 

​

Make sure to be fully informed and check facts yourself instead of believing everything you read. Do not blindly follow what others tell you to do or spread.

For several years we've been struggling to get BTS more radio play as it matters on many charts.

​

We all do feel frustration but being rude does no good to anyone. It's the complete opposite as it sets us back.

​

If you're willing to RT, vote or follow when asked, go for it. If it frustrates you, better ignore it and move on.

​

We do not want to burn bridges which took years to build.

True ARMY are here to support BTS, their music and their message. We love our crackhead culture. Being an ARMY is pure fun.

​

Thanks to our 7 wonderful boys we have a community that does amazing work around the world and for each other.

​

Don't let the rotten apples speak for all of us. Think before you engage. Ask your trusted fanbases or other mature accounts for help if you see any issues that worry you. 

​

Whether they appreciate BTS as their true industry friends or are in it for however it may benefit them, please remember to always think before you speak.

It is never an appropriate enough reason to be rude towards anyone for the mere reason of not knowing a person properly or assuming their actions are  clout motivated. 

​

We do not know what is going on behind the scenes. Let's not make things more difficult for our boys because of bad fan behavior.

As ARMY we don’t want to be the reason why truly fantastic collaborations fail to happen simply because of perceived negativity. ARMY are here to help, protect, and care for BTS. Let’s do not hurt their career with our actions.
