I became an ARMY just this year, I had known BTS for some years and watched their MV but never paid much attention because of my assumption that it will be just the same K-Pop band.

To be honest the reason I became an ARMY and stanning the boys was not because of their success or because they were a trend, trust me I didn't knew much about their achievement when I started liking them, I was surprised by their down to earth nature and their goofy stupid sides which made me started having interest in knowing them because I always thought K-pop was all about glamour, to look perfect and all those cliché.

I got started as an ARMY on YT and then rollover to Twitter 😂 still did not consider my self a full fledge ARMY

Last year 2018 I had a worst time in my life, I was having health issues for 6–7 months I was suffering from stomach problem which got worse, lost a lot of weight and came down to 34kg I could not push myself anymore I could hardly wake up.

or make it out of bed.... visited Hospital a lot of times and finally got admitted with severe ulcers in my intestines (it was real bad) it was during this two months on bed rest and medication I watched a lot about the Boys, I cried a lot of times seeing their hardship and all their achievement which gave me strength in ways I never thought I would ever get out of celebrity or idols.

Then when I started following them on twitter I got to know a lot about ARMYs and how this family worked together and I personally felt everything the Boys achieved was equally because of their hard work and ARMYs together.

I decided to do my part and this came in with the BBMAs.. entered the ARMY follow ARMY trend😂 so I could vote... I tried my best even with my full time job in hand.. during this time I got to know about a lot of fanbase foe the boys how ever I was very interested in ARMY Brigade and the way the fanbase worked... I'm a very practical person and it takes a lot to get impressed by anything

I started following AB and its update... one time AB had opening to recruit members and I thought I should try since I wanted to do my part in helping the Boys.. I was a little skeptical due to my schedule and job to attend, maybe I could not give my time is what I thought but then the thoughts never left my mind about AB so one fine weekend I DM'd AB backup acc and got into AB..

I was very impressed by how the team works in different category for the Boys. I chose the streaming team because I could learn the lyrics and that was a plus points 😂 and now I take this task very personally... I feel guilty if I don't do my task and love every bit of this task. I do not have any negative about AB so far and am happy to be part of this family.. Thank you AB Admins Leaders and members for your efforts motivation and encouragement.. I'm learning a lot from you all. Let's continue to work as a family towards creating many more beautiful memories for BTS and ARMY galaxy... 화이팅
