Hey AB fam,

I’m really not sure on how to write this letter to you, but I guess the best way to go about this is just to be as honest as possible. I joined this fanbase a little more than a year ago, it was right after the Gaon voting for popularity got over. BTS is my first and most likely last group that I will stan. I was just curious about who BTS were. I didn’t know that I was falling deeper into the blackhole of no return.

When I first became an ARMY, I didn’t know what to do or how to help them. All I knew was that I wanted to somehow make a difference in their lives just like how they made a difference in mine, whether it be by helping them make a new record, get an award or just promoting them and helping others through their music like how BTS helped me. I didn’t know anything; I came across a post on the amino app soon after becoming an ARMY and just created an account and tried to gain those ever hearts and daily hearts not knowing what I was doing just trying to do

do something. Sometime in March I came across a recruitment post of the Gaon AB team and contacted the AB team. I think it was Donna who first contacted me on twitter and introduced me to the then Gaon team on Line.

This team became an important part of my life then. I have come to know so many different types of people in different parts of the world who have had different life experiences and are of different age groups but who all share the same love and dedication for the boys, and this is just a subset of the entire ARMY. This was my place to voice out my admiration and love for BTS with other who love them just as much as me. AB has become a guide for me when it comes of streaming and voting to help the boys. Through AB I've learned the true meaning of "Teamwork Makes the Dream Work" and every time I see new records being written I feel so happy.

I’ve found new family, new friends and am happy to be a part of this team. I'm thankful for the opportunity you have given to me. And I'm always willing to help in possible way I can. We may not know each other personally, but we have always one goal to achieve. I'm proud to be part of AB fam, and to have known you all.

To the leaders of the different groups and AB admins (both past and present) you all inspire me, the work that you do is hard and tiring and not many will appreciate you for it. But it’s because of you that we have some so far. Thank you and I purple you all.
